  The development, which includes a luxury hotel with 1100 rooms, a
  casino, residential apartments and repurposed Treasury Casino and Hotel buildings, is
  subject to further planning approvals. In July, The Star announced it was under investigation by the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (AUSTRAC) for several
  potential non-compliance cases, including money laundering.
